“Life is too short to not do what you love.” Brian Covey
Brian's focus, hard work, and determination set him apart from the crowd, allowing him to carve out a name for himself as a leader in the mortgage sector. His life experience may serve as a lesson for many business owners and aspiring leaders who wish to grow their businesses and see their employees thrive.
Brian Covey is now a Vice President in the mortgage market with loanDepot, one of the country's top five lenders. He’s also a speaker, author, and podcaster. In 2020, he launched The Brian Covey Show, interviewing successful people who surmounted obstacles to achieve their objectives. He was a professional soccer player in the past and had the honor of representing the United States at the Olympic Games.
Brian attributes his success to sports psychology, which helped him strive in any situation. He always focuses on growing personally and building a winning team for his business. “Our current team has experienced tremendous growth from $200M to over $3B in annual funding in less than four years,” Brian says.
